The Quarterly Performance Report tracks the six primary KPIs that drive 905WOOD's operational and financial performance: Conversion Rate (RFQ to completed load), Cost per Tonne (operating cost divided by tonnes processed), Route Utilization (actual payload versus maximum capacity), Repeat Rate (client retention and reorder frequency), CAC/LTV Ratio (customer acquisition cost versus lifetime value), and Diversion Percentage (tonnes diverted from landfill versus total tonnes processed).

Each KPI is presented with: current quarter actual, target, variance analysis, trend over last four quarters, contributing factors for improvement or deterioration, and recommended actions for the next quarter. The Operations Chain skill sequence generates this report as part of the weekly intelligence cadence, with the quarterly version providing the aggregated strategic view.

The target diversion rate of 60%+ is the single most important KPI in the Digital Refinery system. This rate — roughly triple the industry average of 15-25% — is made possible by wood-only specialization and the AI-powered classification pipeline. Every other KPI ultimately supports or is influenced by diversion performance, because higher diversion rates drive better CIRCIL Levy economics, higher Carbon Dividend yields, and stronger client value propositions.

The Quarterly Performance Report is the primary input for strategic planning sessions and investor updates. It provides the quantitative foundation for the Investor Chain pitch materials and supports the SR&ED evidence chain by documenting the operational impact of Digital Refinery technology investments.
