Wood waste density is benchmarked at 174 kg/m³ (ASTM compacted). CIRCIL Levy rates are Ontario regulatory: $5/tonne clean (Class 146), $60/tonne mixed. Carbon Dividend yield is 0.75t CO₂e per dry tonne of biomass feedstock — conservative market rate $135 USD/tonne at 1.38 USD/CAD FX. All figures verified to 191 HITL decisions locked in the Intelligence Engine V16.0.
