Cross-Border Loads — USMCA Shield
Sending material to Michigan? Every cross-border load needs a 9-Point Certificate of Origin under HS 3825.0. Without it, the load eats a 40% Chapter 4 transshipment penalty. With it, the load reclassifies as Wholly Obtained Good.

Can I use a 905WOOD bin for treated or painted wood?
No. We're wood-only for clean feedstock. Treated, painted, laminated, or PCB-contaminated wood needs a separate stream. If you have both, ask us about the hazardous manifest workflow — RPRA HWPR is built into the platform.
How fast can you deliver a bin?
24 hours in the Hamilton/GTA core. 48 hours for Tier 2 Southern Ontario. Same-day Mothership when calendar allows — call dispatch.
What is the Carbon Dividend line on my invoice?
Informational only. It shows the CORC value of your clean wood (0.75 t CO₂e × market price). 905WOOD retains 100% of the credit. You benefit through the reduced CIRCIL Levy rate because your wood classified clean.
Do you ship loads to Michigan?
Yes — Ambassador Bridge corridor with USMCA Shield. Every cross-border load carries a 9-Point Certificate of Origin (HS 3825.0). $125 per load. ROI 812% vs. the 40% Chapter 4 penalty.
What happens if the classification AI gets it wrong?
48-hour dispute window from invoice date. We pull the Hold-to-Seal record — GPS, timestamp, model version, confidence score — and walk it with you on a call. Final fallback: Hub XRF/NIR sensor verdict at receiving facility (Arsenic > 2.5 mg/L = auto-reject).
