The Sentient Bridge Goes Live: Five Days That Moved 905WOOD From Architecture To Cash Flow

Between May 1 and May 6, 2026, the Digital Refinery shipped seven production updates across all six layers of the platform. None of them were demos. All of them are live.

THE THESIS

The Digital Refinery has been described as the Sentient Bridge between chaotic construction waste and the high-purity requirements of the pyrogenic biocarbon market. For most of its life, that description was an architecture diagram. Between May 1 and May 6, the bridge stopped being architecture and started carrying load. Cart-add restored. Tier-1 ladder priced. Quote Pricing Bridge signed off at 12-of-12. Advanced Reporting live at 905wood.com. PayPal connected as primary payment rail. The DR application on Firebase Hosting. Section 122 expiry at T-79 days. Six layers, five days, no slides.

What shipped, ordered by layer

Every update below is on production today. Each one closes a loop that was open at the start of the month.

Layer 1 — Intake. The DR application went live on Firebase Hosting on May 4 at gen-lang-client-0868935429.web.app, with dr.905wood.com routing through Fastly cache once propagation completed. A new AI Studio deployment pattern (V2.0) was codified for site-specific CNAME — the 2024+ Firebase change that breaks ghs.googlehosted.com. The COSMO leak on May 1 — a 1.13 GB Google research package containing fourteen on-device skills, Pixel 10 hardware floor, and Mariner integration — validated the Pixel 10 Pro plus Tensor G5 plus Gemini Nano architecture point-for-point. A deep-dive analysis lives in CORE. The Visual Fallacy guard (Gemma 4 E4B 4.5B for AMBER-band consensus) holds. Hold-to-Seal still uses the Titan M2 hardware root of trust. The Compliance Gate, for the first time, has both an edge runtime and a regulator-citing reasoning brain in production form factor.

Layer 2 — Logistics. Transport Shipping v1.0.0 fully wired on May 1. Nine-of-nine smoke tests passed. Five service zones, thirteen service tiers, forty zone rates seeded. The Tier-1 ladder went live the same day — six bin sizes (4-yd, 8-yd, 10-yd, 14-yd, 30-yd, 40-yd) at the V9 D219 dual-path of $150 and $199. Path A shipped on the morning of May 1: cart-add restored after the Formulaprice modules briefly broke checkout on the Tier-1 ladder. The fix was structural, not cosmetic — formula_price_enable=0 on the eight active SKUs, modules re-enabled but bypassed via isFormulaProduct() early-exit, ladder preserved. The Mothership Custom Tonnage path was added on May 3 in the V13.0 Chatbase joint deploy. Pristine Enhancement followed on May 1 at 12:44 — zero NULLs across all seven transport tables, Z_OTHER pricing premium fix, smoke 9/9 still passing. The cart math now reflects what the dispatch dashboard says.

Layer 3 — Regulatory. HITL Batch 010 closed on May 1 at 57% net favorable. Batch 011 followed on May 4 at 57.5%. Batch 012 on May 6 morning at 65%. Batch 013 on May 6 mid-day at 66.7%. Five consecutive batches sub-70%, mostly on the same drivers — diesel at $1.67 per litre (ninety-eight percent of the fuel-surcharge trigger), WTI crude trading off the Strait of Hormuz shock, and Section 122 expiring on July 24 at T-79 days from this writing. The Court of International Trade ruling that struck down IEEPA on April 10 corrected the Section 122 layer to ten percent (not the fifteen percent that older briefs cite). IEEPA refunds went live on April 20. On May 6, Treasury Secretary Bessent floated a Section 122 reset to fifteen percent if the July expiry forces a snap escalation; no effective date was attached. The customs-broker audit remains the most under-prosecuted near-term asset on the ledger.

Layer 4 — Value Realization. The Quote Pricing Bridge was signed off on May 2. NineOhFive_QuotePricing v1.0.0 passed the eval at twelve-of-twelve, smoke matched the V9 D219 baseline to the cent across all twelve cases, and an eight-row tariff regime registry was seeded. Eleven bugs were resolved in the deploy gauntlet. PayPal MCP connected on May 6 — Gate 1 cleared, four-tool subset, no create_product. The HITL Batch 014 PayPal Primary cohort on the same day locked forty-one decisions and elevated PayPal to primary payment rail with Stripe held as the alternate beyond ninety days. The Magento storefront has been reconfigured PayPal-only. The Decoupled Billing thesis — Base Logistics, Net Weight, CIRCIL Levy as three independent line items — survives the rail change without modification.

Layer 5 — Reporting. Advanced Reporting v1 went live on May 3 at 905wood.com/advanced-reporting/. Four sections, three charts, replacing the generic Magento BI screens with a Digital Refinery view that reads the pristine V2 corpus. Live Cockpits v1 shipped on May 1 — lead-funnel-cockpit and delta-marketing-strategy-cockpit, both backed by Google Cloud Storage, with forty net-new marketing plays seeded into gs://905wood-dr-evidence/strategy/delta-marketing-plays-v1.json. The Twilio Weekly Intel for May 2 captured five hundred and forty-five inbound calls and eight thousand five hundred and forty SMS. Twenty-three Tier-1 Ontario follow-up candidates are queued, waiting on the Twilio Studio autoresponder loop fix before any go out. The autoresponder remains a P0 — eight thousand three hundred and ninety-eight messages to short codes 22395 and 78156 with a 98.3 percent fail rate. The fix is queued.

Layer 6 — Scientific Validation. The dr-gcs-mcp Cloud Run service went live on May 4 at the Montreal region — FastMCP 2.11+, OAuth 2.1 plus bearer authentication, five read-only tools against the gs://905wood-dr-evidence bucket. The remote MCP deploy pattern was packaged as a reusable skill on the same day for future Operon Scientific Workspace and lab.905wood.com extensions. The 26B Mixture-of-Experts local validation from April 6 (fourteen-of-sixteen assertions passing, two arithmetic targets identified for QLoRA fine-tuning) remains the validation baseline. The Operon Scientific Agent role inside the five-mode Model Council is held for the lab.905wood.com release.

What this changes for the operator

A general contractor calling +1 (833) 863-9663 today is dialing a number that connects through Voice V1 (live since April 12), gets routed to a Chatbase Claude Opus voice agent running V13.1 prompts (deployed May 3 with the joint Sales-Support Knowledge Base update), and returns a ticket structured for the dispatch desk before the call ends. The Compliance Gate verdict that follows is generated against a regulator-cited reasoning corpus running on AlloyDB northamerica-northeast2 (Montreal) — PIPEDA-resident, sub-100 millisecond ScaNN retrieval, model and dataset frozen by Vertex ML Metadata at the millisecond of validation. The quote that follows the verdict is signed by the SALES_QUOTE webhook (signing secret active since April 20). The invoice is decoupled into three transparent lines and now charged through PayPal as the primary rail. The CORC math is informational on the customer invoice and retained at one hundred percent on the 905WOOD ledger. Every step has lineage. Every step has a citation. Every step is on production.

What stays open

The customs-broker audit is the most overdue item on the punch list and the most likely to return cash. The Twilio autoresponder loop is the second. RPRA registration for 905WOOD.COM SALES under BIN 1001555872 is the third. The Steve briefing — version two of the partnership package, neutral-location, money-first — is the fourth. The 26B QLoRA Stage 3 fine-tune (Carbon Dividend formula, DeepREJECT calibration) is the fifth. Each of these is a known scope and a documented decision corpus. None are blocked on architecture.

The reframe

Section 122 expires in seventy-nine days. The Capacity Cliff does not. The CIRCIL Levy escalation schedule does not. REWOOD 2029 does not. In five operational days the Digital Refinery moved from a thesis described in slides to a working bridge described by HTTP 200 responses on production. The architecture argument is over. The operator argument starts now.
