144-Yard Walking Floor Trailer — Industrial Wood Waste Haulage

The 144-yard Walking Floor trailer is 905WOOD's industrial-grade solution for high-volume wood waste haulage across Ontario. With approximately 18.8 tonnes capacity per load, this is the fleet workhorse for lumber mills, large demolition contractors, biomass processing facilities, and any operation generating wood waste at industrial scale.

What's Included

Walking Floor trailer dispatch, continuous hydraulic floor unloading (no tilt required), and a verified Diversion Pass documenting the complete chain of custody. All loads processed through 905WOOD's Digital Refinery workflow with FIFO-compliant chip pile management at the processing hub.

How Walking Floor Works

Unlike traditional roll-off or dump trailers, Walking Floor trailers use hydraulic slat conveyors to move material horizontally out the rear doors. This enables continuous loading from the top, unloading without tipping, and handling of loose materials like wood chips, shavings, and processed biomass that would be impractical in open-top containers.

Specifications

Approximately 144 cubic yards (110 m³) volume capacity. Weight capacity approximately 18.8 tonnes per load based on wood waste density. Accepts clean wood chips, dimensional lumber, demolition wood, pallets, and biomass feedstock. All material classified through 905WOOD's Compliance Gate — treated and contaminated wood is rejected under the Precautionary Principle with full RPRA manifesting for hazardous materials.

Pricing — Decoupled Billing

Weight-based Decoupled Billing at industrial scale. Transparent CIRCIL Levy pass-through and Carbon Dividend offsets on qualifying clean wood loads. At 18.8 tonnes per load, the Carbon Dividend potential alone (Weight x 0.75 x $350/tonne CO2e) makes wood-only processing economically compelling versus landfill disposal.
